OUR MENU IS VEGETARIAN BASED WITH A BELGIAN, FRENCH TOUCH. MEAT AND FISH ARE OPTIONAL WITH EVERY DISH.

 

WE CHOOSE FOR SUSTAINABLE LOCAL PRODUCTS, THE CLOSER THE BETTER SO WE TRY NOT TO PASS THE EUROPEAN BORDERS.

 

AT LEAST 80% IS ORGANIC AND COLABORATION WITH MANY SMALL FARMERS GIVES US THE CHANCE TO BE FLEXIBLE IN CREATING A MENU. THE PRODUCTS ARE WELL CHOSEN TO CREATE THE BEST FOR OURSELF, OUR GUESTS AND GENERATIONS AFTER US.

 

DINNER IS A LA CARTE AND LUNCH IS A DAILY MENU. SMALL DISHES & APERO IS POSSIBLE ON THE TERRACE.
